Provide the highest standards of training and assessment for the conduct of mandatory, specialized and in-house course programs that will satisfy the National and International requirements of all seafarers as well as relevant interested parties by ensuring the provision of relevant and appropriate resources necessary in the delivery of services.

Pentagon Nautical Technological Center, Inc. aims to achieve the following:

1. To Conduct STCW based training and assessment programs compliant with MARINA requirements and International Standards. Flag state rules and regulations as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.

2. To ensure that the quality of its training staff, facilities and procedures are responsive to the training needs of the seafarers and in consonance with the national and international standards of competence.

3. To ensure continues upgrading of training equipment, programs for the Foundation's manpower resources that will help promote professional growth to attain customer satisfaction.

4. To establish TESDA recognized technical school that will offer Basic Seaman Course for aspiring marine deck and engine ratings.
